Diane Dougherty has over 20 years of work experience in various contract and administrative roles. Diane started their career at Systems & Computer Technology Corporation as a Senior Proposal Administrator, where they analyzed RFPs and prepared responses. Diane then worked at United Messaging, Inc. as a Proposal Manager, responsible for developing and implementing the proposal process. Diane later joined Xerox Connect, Inc. as the New York City Branch Administrator. Diane then moved on to SCT/SunGard Higher Education as a Contract Administrator. At SunGard Higher Education, they worked as a Client Reference Specialist, coordinating with teams to develop new referenceable customers. Diane joined Ellucian in 2008 and held several roles, including Senior Contract Specialist and Lead Contract Specialist, where they reviewed and created software licensing contracts. Diane also served as a Senior Contract Specialist, maintaining client data in the contract system and communicating contract changes. Most recently, Diane worked as a Principal Renewals Specialist, coordinating SaaS contract renewals and developing processes to improve contract workflows.

Diane Dougherty attended the University of Pittsburgh-Johnstown from 1990 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Finance and Management.
