Katie Barber

Katie Barber is an experienced technical writer and author with a strong background in producing high-quality documentation for complex technological solutions in the higher education sector. Currently serving as Lead Technical Writer at Ellucian since May 2019, Katie is responsible for creating detailed online help documentation that facilitates the integration of on-premise, cloud, and third-party solutions. Prior to this role, Katie worked at Xerox for nearly two decades as Lead Technical Author, managing the creation and distribution of various documentation and training materials. Earlier experience includes a role as Project Manager at Patient Infosystems, where responsibilities included addressing client needs and collaborating with healthcare providers to enhance patient education and disease management compliance. Katie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Finance from the University of Dayton.
