Novita R. is an accomplished technology and operations leader with extensive experience in higher education. Currently serving as the Director of Global Services Innovation at Ellucian since September 2022, Novita has driven transformational changes that enhance business growth and customer satisfaction. Prior experience includes significant roles at Stanford University, such as Associate Director of Strategy and Operations and lead on the Women in Technology Program, where Novita developed strategic initiatives and enhanced IT operations. Novita's background also encompasses leadership positions at Pepperdine University, focusing on CRM and business intelligence, as well as technical product management. Novita holds an MA in Educational Technology and a BS in Computer Science/Mathematics from Pepperdine University.
