Randal Castro

Randal Castro is an experienced professional in the field of SaaS and cloud business intelligence, currently serving as the U.S. West Director of SaaS Professional Services at Ellucian since November 2021. Prior to this role, Randal held the position of VP of Global Professional Services at Sisense and spent nearly a decade at MicroStrategy, where responsibilities included Vice President and Senior Director of Professional Services, as well as leading the Global Services for the Cloud Express Product Line. Randal also held positions at OpenText as Director of Professional Services and Principal Architect, and co-founded Diffusion Inc., where Randal served as Software Architect. Randal holds a BS in Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, and additional education from San Francisco State University.
