Joanne Moss

Joanne is a highly experienced senior executive who has enjoyed a successful career in legal advisory and corporate governance. Formerly a private practice lawyer at top tier international law firm Norton Rose Fulbright, Joanne advised international and domestic private, listed and government clients in many aspects of law. Joanne’s most recent executive role was as the Chief Legal and Corporate Affairs Officer with Pizza Hut Australia, a board-facing executive role and a member of its audit and risk committee.

She is regularly a keynote and panel speaker, lecturer and facilitator of roundtable discussions for ASX-100 executives and chief legal officers on a wide range of contemporary and emerging corporate governance and related topics.

Joanne holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons 1st), Master of Laws (Distinction), and Certificate in Chinese Laws & Legal Systems in Shanghai and is admitted to the Supreme Court of NSW and WA, as well as the High Court of Australia. Joanne joined the Ellume board in September 2019.
