Tyler Sharp has had a varied work experience, beginning in 2012 when they were an Admissions & Photo Supervisor for Merlin Entertainments plc. In this role, they directed two teams of 8-10 hosts, accountable for delivering world-class customer service and achieving ambitious up-selling goals. Tyler held the 1st place record across the brand in Admissions up-sells for most of 2013-2014. In 2017, Tyler moved to Merchants Preferred as a Dealer Support Supervisor (Underwriting). In this role, they leveraged strategic analytical and negotiation skills in delivering thorough investigations of fraud scams and delivering profitable solutions. Tyler also provided oversight to the underwriters accountable for review of customer financial data for loan sanctions and steered teams for effective delivery of customer service with tactical and thorough management of iconic call queue times. In 2019, Tyler moved to Valet Living as a Regional Operations Manager/District Manager. In this role, they provided strategic direction to the organization with tactical planning and execution, capitalizing on the available opportunities with the implementation of marketing strategies for client acquisition and retention, and spearheading operational process improvement strategies with constant evaluation and optimization. In 2020, Tyler became a Web Developer for R Creative, engineering all unique JavaScript applications and deploying as stand-alone PWAs or integrated into CMS platforms. Tyler also enlivened front-end platforms with tailor-made designs to account for each customer’s personal needs, tastes, and styles, and reinvigorated website themes and content to magnify discoverability, impressions, and revenue. In 2020, Tyler also became a Software Engineering Student (Fullstack Web Development) for Thinkful. In 2021, Tyler joined Ellumen, Inc. as a Software Developer, authorized with Public Trust Security Clearance with the DHA. Tyler maintains all development needs for two web portals for the VA, creating new features, responding to all client requests, and overseeing twice-a-week deployments. Tyler is currently refactoring both web portals mentioned above into TypeScript.
Tyler Sharp attended Georgia State University from 2010 to 2014 and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science: International Affairs.
