Richard Allender has over 20 years of experience in operations and management. Richard began their career as a Senior Replenishment Analyst at Farah, where they increased customer order shipping accuracy by 100% while decreasing inventory levels by 15%. Richard then became an Operations Manager at Wyman Gordon, where they led cost reduction, productivity, and work flow improvements. In 2007, they became the Vice President / General Manager of Ellwood Texas Forge, where they had full P&L responsibility for a $100M+ business and managed a plant personnel of 180 employees. In 2012, they became the President of Ellwood Closed Die Group.
Richard Allender's educational career began at ASM International, where they studied metallurgy of steel. Richard then went on to study finance at The University of Texas at El Paso, and finally they studied theory of constraints at Dr. Eli Goldratt's Viable Vision.
