Chris Eastman

Chris Eastman is an experienced professional in the field of materials science and engineering, currently serving as Technical Sales Manager and Supply Chain Manager at ELLWOOD Quality Steels Co since September 2022. Previously, Chris worked at Ellwood National Steel as Operations Manager from November 2020 to December 2022. Chris's extensive background in the steel industry includes significant roles at TimkenSteel Corporation, including Sr. Tube Product Specialist, Manager of Steel Applications Met Lab, Principal Product & Process Development Engineer, and Sr. Project Metallurgical Engineer from July 2013 to November 2020. Prior experience at The Timken Company involved roles such as Project Metallurgical Engineer and Steel Business Associate from July 2011 to July 2013. Chris holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Materials Science & Engineering and a Master of Science (MS) in the same field from The Ohio State University, obtained between 2009 and 2019.
