Ekaterina Kurasheva

Ekaterina Kurasheva is an experienced executive with a diversified background in leadership and collaboration within emerging markets. As the CEO and Founder of R-Founders since March 2022, Ekaterina is dedicated to facilitating knowledge sharing and peer-to-peer exchange for Founders and C-Levels. Additionally, Ekaterina serves as a Partner at both IT-Agency and Elly.pro and is a Fellow at the Startup Leadership Program. Ekaterina also co-founded Young Old in April 2015, focusing on business development, marketing, public relations, sales, and fundraising. Ekaterina holds a Diploma of Education in Geography from Lomonosov Moscow State University, completed between September 2005 and May 2010, and attended IKRA 4.0 from 2010 to 2011.
