Bryan Rich

Bryan has been with ELM Utility Services since April of 2002. While attending Boise State University, he was hired on as a locate technician in Boise, Idaho. He continued his advancement within ELM by overseeing operations in Colorado, Montana, Nevada and Idaho before accepting his current position as Vice President of Operations. He is an active participant in various utility coordinating councils in multiple states throughout ELM’s footprint, bringing awareness and education to the community.
