Iana Panchyshena is an experienced Quality Assurance professional with a background in software testing and automation. Currently serving as a Quality Assurance Analyst at ELM Resources since January 2022, Iana previously held roles as a QA Automation Engineer at Exzeo USA and a Software Quality Assurance Analyst through Trademark Recruiting at ELM Resources. Iana's expertise includes developing and executing manual and automated test plans, performing data validation using SQL, and participating in SCRUM methodologies.
