Jason Van Kirk

Jason Van Kirk is currently a Regional Partner at Elm Street Development, where Jason has been since June 2005. Prior to that, Jason worked as a Project Manager at Mercator Capital from 1999 to 2003 and as an Associate at PwC Securities from 1998 to 1999. Jason holds an MBA in Real Estate Development from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a BBA in Finance from Texas McCombs School of Business. Jason graduated from Westfield HS in 1994. In their current role, Jason is responsible for land acquisition and development in specific counties in Maryland and Pennsylvania.
