Peter Oola

Peter Oola is a Senior Program Officer at The ELMA Philanthropies, with experience as a Program Officer and Associate Program Officer. Prior to this, Peter worked as a Field Program Officer at World Education and as a Trainee Economist at the Local Government Finance Commission. Peter holds a Master of Business Administration from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University, a Master of Arts in economic policy and planning from Makerere University, and a Bachelor of Economics from Makerere University. Peter also attended Namilyango College.
