Catherine West

Catherine West serves as a Senior Program Officer at Enterprise Community Partners, focusing on affordable housing access and economic opportunity for vulnerable populations. Prior experience includes a role as a Special Programs and Policy Analyst at the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development, where Catherine managed the Emergency Housing Voucher program and facilitated inter-agency collaboration. Previous positions include managing homeless services contracts at the NYC Department of Social Services, conducting policy research at Urban Pathways, and supporting homelessness research at Columbia University. Catherine holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from Columbia University and a Bachelor's degree in Gender, Women, and Sexuality Studies from the University of Washington.
