Michał Ziemba

Michał Ziemba has a strong background in business development and sales, particularly in the fiber-optic industry. Michał started their career at FIBRAIN SP ZOO in 2008, where they began as the Cracow Branch Office Manager and successfully held the position for eight years. In 2016, they transitioned to the role of Area Sales Manager - CEE, responsible for managing sales activities in Central and Eastern Europe. In 2017, they took on the position of Export Department Sales Manager, further expanding their expertise in export sales. In 2018, they were promoted to Business Development Director, overseeing strategic growth initiatives for the company. With their exceptional performance in this role, they were then appointed as the Chief Export Officer and Business Development Director (Executive Department) in 2020. Throughout their tenure with FIBRAIN, Michał has consistently demonstrated a strong sales acumen and a strategic approach to business development.

Michał Ziemba's education history begins in 2004 when they attended Politechnika Rzeszowska im. Ignacego Łukasiewicza. Michał earned their Magister inżynier (Mgr inż.) degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Telecommunications in 2009.

In 2007 and 2008, they pursued further education at Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV), where they obtained another Magister inżynier (Mgr inż.) degree in the Faculty of Computer Science.

In 2022, Michał Ziemba enrolled at 4GROW for a "win-win style" business negotiations - level I + II course, focusing on International Business/Trade/Commerce.

In 2023, they completed the Executive Director Course in International Business at NEXT MBA.

Furthermore, they obtained a certification in Operations Management from ELVTR in March 2023.
