Kim Tagliarini

Kim Tagliarini is currently the Strategic Director in charge of community services, planning, environmental health, licensing, culture, leisure, and environment at Elmbridge Borough Council since August 2017. Prior to this role, Kim held various planning-related positions at organizations such as the Greater London Authority and the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. Kim holds a degree in Town & Country Planning from UCL and a BA in Urban & Environmental Planning from London South Bank University.
