Staci O'Toole

Staci O'Toole has a wealth of experience in the insurance industry. Staci served as the President of ELMC Underwriters in the Western Region from 2017. Prior to that, they were the President of ELMC Group, LLC. Starting in 2015, they worked as the Vice President at HIIG. Before that, they held the role of Vice President at Elite Underwriting Services from 2011. Staci O'Toole also served as the Regional Vice President at R.E. Moulton Inc. from 2000 to 2011. Their extensive career includes roles as a Regional Manager at Hartford Insurance from 1993 to 2000 and as a Regional Manager at Safeco from 1980 to 1983.

Staci O'Toole attended The Ohio State University from 1978 to 1983 and graduated with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Education.
