Menachem Katz

Menachem Katz currently serves as COO at both Steuben Foods Inc. and Elmhurst® 1925 since April 2023. Prior to these roles, Menachem co-founded and acted as COO at Santa Inc from October 2020 to April 2023 and held advisory responsibilities at CookUnity from October 2015 to March 2023. Noteworthy past positions include EVP of Growth Operations at REEF from May 2020 to January 2021, Managing Director - USA at Kitopi from December 2019 to May 2020, and Head of WeWork Food Labs at WeWork from December 2018 to May 2020. Menachem also contributed as EVP of Logistics and Expansion and Head of Operations at Kettlebell Kitchen from 2015 to 2019, and as Head of Operations at Goodmeal until its sale to CookUnity in 2015. Early career achievements include founding 1868 Restaurants and serving as Executive Chef from 2005 to 2012.
