Joe Magliocca

Joe Magliocca serves as the Director of Facilities III at Elmira City School District since July 2019, after previously holding the position of Director of Facilities at Trumansburg Central School District from August 2014 to July 2019. Prior experience includes working as a Project Manager at Hunt Engineers Architects and Land Surveyors from 2007 to August 2014, overseeing a range of projects from simple demolitions to complex school constructions. Joe also has experience as an Adjunct Instructor in Engineering Graphics at Corning Community College from September 2009 to October 2011 and has worked in sales and project coordination roles earlier in their career. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Facility Management from Rochester Institute of Technology, an Associate of Science in Liberal Arts from Corning Community College, and a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management from PennWest California.
