Kate Wilkinson

Kate Wilkinson has a diverse work experience in various roles within the field of talent acquisition and human resources. Kate is currently the Chief People Experience Officer at ELMO Software, where they are responsible for setting the people strategy and delivering an outstanding people experience. Prior to this, they were the Head of Talent & Workplace Experience at the same company.

Before joining ELMO Software, Kate worked at Veolia Australia and New Zealand as the National Talent Acquisition Manager, where they oversaw talent acquisition and sourcing strategies for the company. Kate also worked at Lion as a Talent Acquisition Partner, focusing on sourcing strategies for senior and niche roles in finance, sales, marketing, and IT.

Additionally, Kate has experience at Contract Resources Pty Ltd as a Group Talent/HR Partner, where they managed recruitment and led talent and attraction projects. Kate also worked at Total Resource Solutions as a Senior Recruitment Consultant and NES Global Talent as a Recruitment Team Leader in the Rail & Construction sector.

Earlier in their career, Kate gained international experience as an English Teacher in Nepal and worked as a Recruitment Team Leader in the construction industry at Essential Consulting - Building Futures Recruitment subsidiary.

Kate Wilkinson studied at The Manchester Metropolitan University where they earned a Bsc Hons in European Studies. Kate also attended Poynton County High School, where they obtained 3 'A' Levels in Sociology, French, and Spanish, as well as 9 GCSE's at diploma level.
