Rachel Goh has extensive experience in the field of brand consultancy and advertising. Rachel currently holds the position of Head of Insights at Elmwood Brand Consultancy since 2022. Prior to that, Rachel worked at Innate Motion for almost a decade, starting in 2012, where they served as a Business Humanizer & Partner. Their role involved delivering deep insights and conducting research projects to understand the motivations and realities of the target audience across different markets. Before their time at Innate Motion, Rachel worked at Young & Rubicam Group as an Associate Creative Director from 2008 to 2011, and as a Senior Writer from 1999 to 2006. Rachel also held positions as a Writer at BBH Asia Pacific (Singapore) from 1998 to 1999 and at Leo Burnett from 1996 to 1998.

Rachel Goh completed a Foundation in Fine Art at Chelsea College of Art from 2007 to 2008. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in Mass Communication/Advertising from Ngee Ann Polytechnic, which they completed from 1993 to 1996.
