Reid Hansen

Reid Hansen has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Reid currently holds the position of Head of Revenue Operations at eLocal since May 2023. Prior to this, they worked for Marchex as the Vice President of Revenue Operations from December 2018 to April 2023. In this role, they were responsible for managing and optimizing the revenue cycle through complex cross-organizational projects. Before Marchex, Reid served as the Vice President of Operations at West Hills Capital from November 2016 to November 2018, where they played a key role in the company's rapid growth, achieving a revenue growth from $391k to over $6.4m in the first year by implementing automation and operational improvements. Earlier in their career, Reid co-founded Fireshark Studios in July 2011 and served as the Principal Game Developer & Product Manager until November 2016. During this time, they successfully expanded the company's market footprint and maximized capital monetization. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior IT Infrastructure Project Manager at Koch Business Solutions from August 2011 to February 2014, leading strategic projects to support the information technology and infrastructure needs of the company. Reid also gained experience as a Senior Technology Implementation Manager at Protection 1 Security Solutions from January 2008 to July 2011.

Reid Hansen attended Fort Hays State University from 2003 to 2007. Reid earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry during this time.
