Nasreen Khan

Nasreen Khan has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Nasreen is currently the Director of People & Strategy at Eloelo. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of People & Culture at EWar Games from December 2020 to February 2022. Nasreen also freelanced as an Artist at Cosmopolitan Cosmetics Inc. from October 2019 to December 2021. Nasreen has also held the position of Culture & People Consultant at Revmeup from August 2020 to October 2020, where they partnered with business leaders on various HR functions such as workforce planning, organizational design, and talent acquisition. Before that, they worked at Xoxoday as an HRBP (Tech) from January 2019 to July 2019, and also as a Manager of Human Resources from September 2015 to July 2019. Nasreen's earlier experiences include being a student at Groupe ESC Troyes from September 2014 to February 2015, an intern at Shri jagannath entartainment pvt ltd from May 2014 to June 2014, an intern at Armstrong Electrodes Pvt. Ltd. from January 2014 to February 2014, and an intern at ONGC in May 2007.

Nasreen Khan has a diverse education history spanning various fields of study. Nasreen started their education journey at Kendriya Vidyalaya, Mehsana, Gujarat, where they completed their primary and secondary education from 1996 to 2003. Nasreen then pursued their higher secondary education in Science at Kendriya Vidyalaya O N G C in Panvel, Maharashtra, from 2000 to 2008.

Nasreen continued their academic pursuits by enrolling at Pravaranagar Rural Education Societys Pravara Rural Engineering College, Loni, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Electronics and Telecommunication from 2008 to 2012. Following this, they furthered their studies at ISBR Business School, where they completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) specializing in HR and IT from 2013 to 2015.

In 2014, Nasreen had an opportunity to study abroad at Groupe ESC Troyes Champagne School Of Management in France, where they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA). Nasreen'sfocus during their studies there was Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General, and they completed their degree in 2015.

In addition to their formal education, Nasreen Khan has also obtained several certifications to enhance their knowledge and skills. Nasreen completed courses such as "Creating a Culture of Strategy Execution," "Creating a Positive and Healthy Work Environment," "Critical Thinking," "Cultivating Cultural Competence and Inclusion," "Improving Your Listening Skills," "Learning Power Pivot and SharePoint 2013," "Managing Virtual Teams," "Preventing Harassment in the Workplace," "Remote Work Foundations," "Skills for Inclusive Conversations," "Thriving @ Work: Leveraging the Connection between Well-Being and Productivity," and "Using Emotions to Leverage and Accelerate Change: A Guide for Leaders" from LinkedIn in October 2020.
