Kris Shields

As CEO at eLogic, Kris applies a broadly developed range of business and technology experiences to drive eLogic’s emergence as the leader in digital transformation for manufacturers. Leveraging an early career in software development and systems life-cycle management he built a strong foundation as a leader of successful technology products. Kris next moved into the business-delivery side of technology during his years at the industry-leading software company delivering specialized software for the U.S. Federal Communications Commission and government regulators around the world. He was the key leader in the turning a one-off consulting solution into a full-function, repeatable cloud-based SAAS model solution set. During this industry breakthrough, Kris was responsible for all areas of business leadership, including Sales, Marketing, Development, Delivery, and Support.

Since joining eLogic in 2012, Kris has capitalized on those same skills to leverage eLogic's depth of experience delivering cutting-edge solutions within global industrial manufacturers. Kris holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from American University in Washington, D.C. and a Masters of Business Administration from the Smith School at the University of Maryland. He is a Certified PMP. With an early background in team sports, Kris enjoys long-course events in triathlon and running.
