Vic Costello

Vic Costello is an accomplished educator and leader in the field of communications, currently serving as an Associate Professor and Director of the Communications Core and Minor at Elon University since 2001. With a robust teaching portfolio that includes courses such as Introduction to Television Production, Digital Media Convergence, and Communications in a Global Society, Vic has also co-taught study abroad courses. Prior to Elon University, Vic held the position of Chair of the Department of Cinema and Television Arts and Associate Professor at Gardner-Webb University, where teaching focused on television production and media theory. Education includes a Ph.D. in Communications from the University of Tennessee, a Master of Arts from Regent University, and a Bachelor of Science in Radio and Television Production from Western Carolina University.
