Yu-Jin Lin

Yu-Jin Lin has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. In 2013, they worked as an Intern at Microsoft, where they organized a speech at Yuan-Ze University to attract more student attendees. From 2014 to 2016, they served as a Technical Publications Specialist at Evergreen Aviation Technologies Corp., optimizing the usage of an online technical manual portal and coordinating with cross-functional teams for customer audits. They then joined Chroma ATE Inc. as a Project Management Officer (PMO) from 2016 to 2022. In this role, they achieved significant accomplishments such as reducing product manufacturing costs by 40% and shortening product validation time by 50%. Currently, they are pursuing a Master Thesis Project at Elonroad and will be interning as a Specialized Ingredients Intern at Danone in 2023.

Yu-Jin Lin has a Master's degree in International Procurement and Supply Chain Management from both Fontys Venlo University of Applied Sciences and the University of Plymouth, which were obtained in 2022 and 2023 respectively. Prior to that, Yu-Jin obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Communication from Yuan-Ze University, which was obtained between 2010 and 2014. Additionally, Yu-Jin has a certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, although the exact date of obtaining the certification is unknown.
