Customer Success Team Lead - EMEA at Eloomi

Elio Druml has a strong background in customer success roles. They started their career in 2014 as a Research Associate at GAN Integrity. From 2015 to 2018, they worked as a Customer Success Manager and then became a Team Lead, Customer Success from 2018 to 2020. In 2020, Elio joined Stinto as the Head of Customer Success for a few months before transitioning to eloomi. At eloomi, they started as a Senior Account Manager in 2020 and currently hold the role of Customer Success Operations Lead.

Elio Druml completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics, Political Science, and Management from McGill University between 2006 and 2009. Following this, from 2010 to 2012, Elio pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Environmental and Natural Resource Economics at Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen.
