Josh Carson

Josh Carson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Josh currently holds the position of Team Lead, HR US/EU at eloomi since April 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Talent Sourcer at eloomi from August 2022 to April 2023.

Before joining eloomi, Josh worked at Coveo as a Specialist, HR Shared Services from October 2021 to July 2022.

Josh also has experience at Coveo Qubit as an HR and Operations Administrator from December 2020 to October 2021. In this role, they provided administrative support across the employee lifecycle, led recruitment campaigns, managed payroll administration, implemented HR policies, and ensured compliance with legal regulations.

Prior to Coveo Qubit, Josh worked as a Recruitment Coordinator at Sheffield Assay Office from September 2018 to August 2020.

Josh also has experience at Arriva Rail London, where they held the positions of Engagement & HR Projects Advisor from June 2017 to August 2018 and HR Administrator from July 2015 to June 2017. In these roles, they provided HR administrative support, managed recruitment processes, handled payroll changes, and supported employer relations.

Josh's early work experience includes a role as a Transport Technician at Regency Shipping Limited from September 2014 to July 2015.

Josh Carson attended Silverdale School from 2008 to 2010. Josh then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Management, specializing in Human Resources, at The University of Manchester from 2011 to 2014. Recently, they obtained a CIPD Level 5 Diploma in HR from Avado in 2021.
