Lisa Heim

Lisa Heim's work experience begins in 2013 as a Travel Agent at jomotours. Lisa then worked as a Tour Guide at Bayerische Verwaltung der staatl. Schlösser, Gärten u. Seen Außenstelle Chiemsee in 2017 and at European Cruise Service in 2019. From 2014 to 2020, they served as an Event Coordinator and Project Manager at breNt! brand entertainment, where they managed events, coordinated stakeholders, and handled client relationships. In 2020, Lisa joined eloomi as a Market Development Specialist, where they consulted leads, converted prospects, and provided optimal product choices for clients from the DACH market. Lisa subsequently became an Online Conversion Specialist, then Head of Conversion, and finally Head of Market Development at eloomi.

Lisa Heim earned a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Service Management, Tourism, Marketing, and Business from Lund University from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree at the University of Augsburg from 2014 to 2018, with a semester abroad at Örebro University in 2016-2017. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Inbound Fundamentals from HubSpot Academy in September 2022 and a PLG Fundamentals Certificate from ProductLed in 2022.
