Shola Awotale has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Most recently, they worked at eloomi as a Senior Commercial, Client Director, where they developed strategic approaches for key clients and maintained important client relationships. Prior to that, they were a Key Account Manager at eloomi. Shola also worked at Templafy as an Advanced Solutions Advisor, Enterprise Account Manager, and Enterprise Inside Sales Specialist. Shola gained experience in promotions strategy at UNICEF Danmark and worked as a Marketing and Business Consultant at PurCity. Shola also has experience in project management and new business development as a Consultant at Det Nordjyske Mediehus. Shola also has entrepreneurial experience as the Owner, Project and Sale Manager at Betwell Mine // Lobio nursery and primary school. Shola began their career in the banking industry as an SME Project Consultant at Intercontinental Bank Plc in Nigeria, where they worked on evaluating and approving loans for start-up projects.

Shola Awotale holds a Master's Degree in International Marketing from Aalborg University, which was obtained from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, Shola obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Banking and Financial Support Services from the University of Lagos, Nigeria, from 2009 to 2012. Additionally, Shola has obtained various certifications in areas such as strategic negotiation, key account management, business intelligence, and strategic partnerships, among others. There is also a certification in Danish fluency from Duolingo in 2016.
