Özkan Akkilic

Özkan Akkilic has over 20 years of work experience. Özkan began their career in 1998 as the CEO and Co-Founder of Gastrokult GmbH, where they planned, launched, and managed over 25 restaurants, bars, and supermarkets. In 2013, they founded elopay, a social network for payments, and in 2015, they founded elopage, a platform for selling products and receiving payment immediately. Throughout their career, they have tailored mobile services and apps to the needs of their restaurants, and ran experiments in which guests used their smartphones to call for the waiter and place orders.

Özkan Akkilic attended Technische Universität Berlin from 1993 to 2002, where they earned a Diplom-Ingenieur degree.
