Yuliia Borodynska

Yuliia Borodynska has been working as a Quality Assurance Engineer at elopage GmbH since 2020. Prior to this, they were a Senior Specialist of Process Optimization Division at JSC KREDOBANK from 2012 to 2020. During this time, their roles included management and coordination of optimization projects, participation in optimization projects as a business analyst and QA (development of the requirements, software testing, development of the technical documentation etc.), customer service quality assessment and analysis, and development and implementation of customer service quality standards.

Yuliia Borodynska completed a Master's degree in Management of Organizations from Lviv Polytechnic National University in 2012. Yuliia also obtained a Master's degree in Applied Linguistics from the same university between 2005 and 2010. In 2018, they attended SoftServe IT Academy where they studied Quality Assurance and Testing of Modern Software Systems. In 2019, they received an English Upper-intermediate Level Evaluation at SoftServe and a Quality Control Certification (Junior Level) from the same institution.
