Amy Schoenfelder

Amy Schoenfelder currently serves as Director of Engineering at Elos Medtech, beginning in March 2024. Previously, Amy held the position of Senior Manager of Manufacturing Engineering at Bioventus from May 2022 to January 2024, where responsibilities included ensuring quality in process and product and managing international engineering teams across multiple business units. Prior to Bioventus, Amy was Manufacturing Engineering Manager at ZimVie, continuing from a similar role at Zimmer Biomet, contributing significantly to operational improvements and project management within manufacturing. Earlier experience includes roles in manufacturing engineering at Zimmer Biomet, where Amy led numerous quality and efficiency initiatives, alongside research-focused positions in orthopedic engineering during graduate studies. Amy holds a Master of Science degree and a Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from the University of Iowa.
