Maria Biri

Maria Biri has a significant amount of work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Maria started their career at DEMO Pharmaceuticals S.A. in 2008 as a QC Analyst and later worked as a Senior QC Analyst. Maria then transitioned to R&D, where they worked as an R&D Analyst and later became a R&D Stability lab Senior Analyst. Maria also gained experience in Regulatory Affairs, starting as a Regulatory Affairs Officer before becoming a Regulatory Affairs CMC Officer. Maria eventually rose to the position of Regulatory Affairs CMC Senior Officer and then became a Regulatory Affairs CMC Supervisor. In 2016, Maria joined Elpen Pharmaceutical Co. Inc. as a CMC Dossier Development & Coordination Officer. Maria was later promoted to the role of CMC Dossier Development & Coordination Supervisor and currently holds the position of CMC Dossier Development & Coordination Manager.

Maria Biri started their education in 1999 at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry. Maria completed this program in 2004. Following this, Maria went on to enroll at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens-Department of Pharmacy, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Industrial Pharmacy from 2009 to 2012.
