Aradhana Gurung is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy and innovation consulting, focusing on humanitarian aid and development. Currently serving as a Technical Consultant for Elrha, Aradhana supports the Scaling of Innovation Portfolio targeting high-severity crises. In October 2023, Aradhana became a Global Advisory Board Member at Impact447 while also leading as Co-Founder and CEO, driving user-centric and sustainable initiatives. Previous roles include Technical Consultant for Viamo's Digital Cash and Financial Literacy portfolio, Country Representative for Viamo in Nepal, and Lead Manager for the Innovation Lab at World Vision.
