Marissa Blankstein has extensive experience in the field of applied behavior analysis, having worked in various roles at different organizations. Marissa is currently the Lead Behavior Analyst at Els for Autism Foundation, overseeing all aspects of clients' ABA programs. Prior to this, Marissa worked as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at Manhattan Star Academy and NYC Autism Charter Schools, focusing on providing behavior analytic services to individuals with autism. Marissa has a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Caldwell University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Ramapo College of New Jersey.

The Els for Autism Foundation, established in 2009 by four time major-winning golfer and World Golf Hall of Fame player Ernie Els and his wife Liezl, is committed to helping people on the autism spectrum fulfill their aspirations to lead positive, productive and rewarding lives. Els for Autism focuses its work on these six impact areas: Therapy, Education, Recreation, Global Support, Adult Services and Research.
