Rachel Leigh Soler is currently the Senior Marketing Manager at Els for Autism. Previously, Rachel worked as a Group Exercise Instructor & Coach at Life Time Inc. and founded Working Mom Method, offering cardio barre blend workouts for busy moms. Rachel also served as the Marketing and Social Media Manager at The Decorators Unlimited, where Rachel managed brand, website, marketing, and social media efforts. Additionally, Rachel has experience in content creation and engagement at Florida Atlantic University, barre3, and BrandStar. Rachel's background includes roles as a digital content manager, journalist, fitness instructor, and traffic anchor. Rachel holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication with a cognate in Marketing/Management from the University of Evansville.

The Els for Autism Foundation, established in 2009 by four time major-winning golfer and World Golf Hall of Fame player Ernie Els and his wife Liezl, is committed to helping people on the autism spectrum fulfill their aspirations to lead positive, productive and rewarding lives. Els for Autism focuses its work on these six impact areas: Therapy, Education, Recreation, Global Support, Adult Services and Research.
