Linh Nguyen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success, human resources, and education. Currently serving as the Customer Success Lead, Global, and Head of Customer Success for Vietnam at ELSA, Corp since September 2021, Linh has played a pivotal role in enhancing client satisfaction for the world's leading AI English language assistant. Prior to this, Linh worked at CJ Corporation as a Human Resources Development Manager, where responsibilities included planning and executing comprehensive training programs. Previous positions include Senior Training Analyst and Admissions Manager at the Canadian International School System Vietnam, as well as roles in translation and interpretation at Vietnamese Broadcasting Corp. and Viet Family Corporation. Linh holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Journalism and Oriental Studies from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities.
