Martyna Malinowska, FRM, is a seasoned product leader with extensive experience in the fintech and banking sectors. Currently serving as a Product professional at ELSA, Corp and co-founder and Chief Product Officer at GajiGesa Indonesia, Martyna has played a pivotal role in developing the largest financial wellness platform for employees in Indonesia. Previous positions include Product Management Advisor at AQUILA.is, Product Lead at SC Ventures by Standard Chartered, and Product Director at LenddoEFL, where Martyna managed B2B SaaS solutions for major financial institutions. Additionally, Martyna has held significant roles at JPMorgan Chase & Co. and MICRA Foundation, emphasizing expertise in product management, market research, and financial analysis. Academic qualifications include an MSc in Finance and Investment from Nottingham University Business School and a B.A. in Finance and Accounting from SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
