Pelle Frank

Pelle Frank is a highly experienced professional with a diverse set of skills and roles over the years.

Starting in 2010, Pelle worked as a Software Engineer at Orc Group, where they were part of the trainee program Orc Development Academy. Pelle later became a Team Lead, focusing on developing and maintaining software, implementing Kanban, and further improving the software development process.

In 2012, Pelle joined Wrapp as a Backend Developer and later became a Full Stack Developer & Team Lead. Pelle led the Merchant Facing tech team, developing the merchant-facing product Wrapport.

Pelle then moved on to work at Clue by Biowink in 2014 as a Backend Developer, responsible for building and scaling Clue's backend system. Pelle also served as an Interim CTO, focusing on hiring, tech team management, and improving engineering culture.

In 2016, Pelle co-founded Left or Right, where they worked on various tasks such as data analysis, web, and email development, software and product development, and managing designers.

Continuing their entrepreneurial journey, Pelle became involved with various organizations. Pelle served as an Advisor at Boost by VLM Health, Time Well Spent AB, and Life With Kids, offering their expertise and support in different projects.

Pelle also contributed as a Software Developer (Freelance) at Epidemic Sound, taking a new product from idea to beta. Pelle was responsible for IT architecture, user research, frontend, and backend development.

In 2018, Pelle co-founded Elsa Science, initially serving as the Chief Technology Officer. Pelle played a key role in the company's growth, leading internal strategy, communication, organization, and supporting external stakeholder management and investor relations. Pelle is currently the Co-founder & Principal Engineer at Elsa Science.

Pelle Frank pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from 2005 to 2010 at the KTH Royal Institute of Technology. Additionally, they obtained two additional certifications in Machine Learning from Coursera in July 2018 and in Duolingo German Fluency at an Elementary level (estimated) in October 2015.
