Walid Tayel

Walid Tayel is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent management and organizational development. Currently serving as the Group Chief HR Officer and Group Talent Management & Development Director at Elsewedy Electric, Walid has held prominent roles including VP of HR, Strategy and Route-to-Market at minlo: Tank I Koldair I Uno, and Group HR Director at Hayel Saeed Anam (HSA) Group. Previous roles include HR Director for Global Supply & AACEE and Head of Leadership & Organizational Development for MENA at Unilever, along with a position as Chamberlain of the Egyptian Presidency. Walid holds two Master's degrees from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne in Human Resources Management and Financial Management.
