Imran Ahmad Chartered FCIPD has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Imran started their career at Inchcape Middle East as an HR Manager, where they successfully aligned the HR function with the company's initiatives and achieved significant sales growth. Imran then moved on to Geant Groupe Casino-Bahrain as Group HR Manager, where they played a crucial role in establishing the HR function and transforming the company into a market-dominant player.

Following this, Imran joined Geant Groupe Casino-UAE as Group Head of HR, leading the expansion and revenue growth of the group across multiple countries. Imran transformed the HR function into a multi-cultural and strong team, supporting the business expansion through innovative HR practices.

Imran later moved to Al Jomaih Automotive Company as Head of HR, where they led organizational development and strategic restructuring efforts. Imran played a key role in change management and culture transformation within the company, focusing on rightsizing, compensation alignment, and building people capability.

Before their current role as Group Chief HR Officer at Jashanmal National Co, Imran worked at RED TAG as Chief Human Resources Officer. Imran successfully held this position for 8 years, leading the HR function and contributing to the company's growth.

Throughout their career, Imran has demonstrated a passion for focusing on the "human" aspect of HR and ensuring it remains a top priority despite technological advancements and cost optimization initiatives.

Imran Ahmad Chartered FCIPD has a diverse education history in the field of Human Resources. Imran obtained a degree in Human capital management from the Asian Institute of Management. Imran also holds a B.Sc(Hons) degree in Physics from Aligarh Muslim University. In addition, they completed the Certificate in Training Practice (CTP) from CIPD and a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from JMI University.New Delhi.

Imran Ahmad Chartered FCIPD has also obtained certifications in their field. Imran is a Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coach, certified by Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching. Additionally, they are a Certified EFQM Assessor, certified by EFQM.
