Jack McDonald

Jack McDonald is an experienced business leader currently serving as Chairman and CEO of Upland Software since January 2011. Additionally, Jack McDonald has held the position of Operating Advisor at Elsewhere Partners since 2017 and served as a Board Member for BigCommerce from January 2020 to December 2022. Prior to these roles, Jack McDonald was Chairman and CEO of Perficient, Inc. from 1999 to 2010, and CEO of VideoSite, Inc. from 1996 to 1998. Jack McDonald also worked as Director of Corporate Development at Blockbuster from 1993 to 1996 and began a legal career as a Corporate Lawyer at Skadden Arps from 1986 to 1993. Academic credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a J.D. from Fordham University and Fordham University School of Law, respectively, alongside completion of high school at Levittown Division Avenue.
