Lauren Gardner

Lauren Gardner, MS, ATC, currently serves as an Administrative Intern at ELSO (The Extracorporeal Life Support Organization) since May 2023. Previous experience includes roles as an Athletic Trainer at the University of Michigan from August 2019 to June 2022, and as a Regional Futures Manager for USA Field Hockey from October 2020 to October 2021. Additionally, Lauren worked as an Athletic Trainer at Michigan State University from August 2018 to July 2019 and as a Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainer at California State University, Fullerton from August 2016 to August 2018. Earlier positions include teaching assistant roles and student athletic training positions at the University of New Hampshire, as well as a summer camp counselor at the same institution. Lauren holds a Master’s degree in Health Services Administration from the University of Michigan School of Public Health (2022-2024), a Master of Science in Kinesiology from California State University, Fullerton (2016-2018), and a Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training with a minor in Psychology from the University of New Hampshire (2012-2016).
