Francois Badaud

Francois Badaud has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Francois is currently working as a Product Design Lead at Elsys Design since March 2021.

Before that, Francois founded and worked in business development for tIOTic from December 2020 to March 2021.

Prior to that, they founded B2BOT in 2017 and held various roles for more than 2 years. Francois created and managed the company, analyzed business opportunities, and conducted partnership research. Francois also worked on the View Assist project, which utilized convolutional neural networks to provide visual understanding to blind and partially sighted individuals.

Between 2000 and 2016, Francois gained extensive experience at Texas Instruments. Francois held positions such as Sales Application Engineer, System Software Engineer, System Engineer, and SOC Field Application Engineer. In these roles, they provided support for multi-core DSP applications, developed software libraries, validated SW and HW platforms, conducted customer/partner support, and performed demo preparation and training for TI Smallcells solutions.

Francois began their career as a Hardware Design Engineer at Europe Technologies/Scaleo from 1997 to 2000. Francois also worked as an Electronic Engineer trainee at Schneider Automation in 1996.

Throughout their career, Francois has showcased their expertise in product design, business development, project management, software development, and customer support.

Francois Badaud attended Polytech Nice Sophia ex-ESINSA from 1991 to 1996, where they obtained a degree in Electronics.
