Tricia Petruney currently serves as the Senior Manager for Knowledge, Learning, & Impact at the Elton John AIDS Foundation since November 2024. Prior to this role, Tricia was the Lead Donor Strategist at the Analyst Institute from January 2024 to November 2024. Tricia's experience also includes leadership positions at Pathfinder International, where responsibilities included Director of the Act With Her project and Director of Integrated Community, Social, and Health Systems from January 2018 to June 2023. Furthermore, Tricia worked at FHI 360 as a Technical Advisor in Research Utilization & Integrated Development from 2007 to January 2018, and began a career as the Program Coordinator at The East Africa Center for the Empowerment of Women and Children from 2006 to 2007. Tricia holds a Master's Degree in Global Development/International Affairs from The New School and a Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts & Art History from Syracuse University.
