Job description

We are looking for a Mid-Market Account Executive who will be a quota crusher and rockstar for our mid market clients. This position will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, closing deals, and managing executive relationships in the Northeast territory of the United States. This high performing individual must already be experienced in high-growth-SaaS sales. Additionally, you have managed mid market accounts, consistently exceeded quota, and are in the top 10% amongst your peers. You’ll be directly responsible to win new customers as well as expand our customer base. The ideal candidate will be experienced in selling SaaS solutions to financial services, with an emphasis on credit unions. Your overarching goal is to generate opportunities with prospects and existing clients, building them into long-term profitable relationships for Eltropy. This position will be based in the Northeast territory.

Responsibilities

Selling into the Tier-2 credit unions in the United States. Manage your territory, effectively prospect into new accounts, expand across current customer accounts, create a robust pipeline of opportunities, efficiently advance opportunities through the sales cycle, meet and exceed quota. Collaborate well with other Eltropy departments to help our customers succeed. 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Cold calling, prospecting, account planning, account strategy, negotiating, professional sales methodologies, problem solving, consulting, financial services and banking, top performers who exceed quota consistently, and match our culture. Excellent communication skills both writing and verbal. Intelligent, able to process information quickly. Team player. Solution oriented. Ambitious and goal driven. Challenger Sales and MEDDICC trained.

Understands, has sold into, and has built many solid relationships within the financial services industry.

Experience

5-10 years of B2B Fintech sales

Education

BA/BS in related fields
