Cathy R. has over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry. Cathy currently holds the position of Executive Director of Clinical Trial Operations at Elucida Oncology, Inc. since June 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Clinical Trial Operations Consultant at Catherine Reddick / The Shine Group, LLC from January 2021 to June 2021.

From 2020 to 2021, Cathy was the Executive Director of Clinical Trial Management - Oncology at Ichnos Sciences, a spin-off of Glenmark Pharmaceuticals. In this role, they were responsible for strategic planning, development, and execution of early-stage Immuno-Oncology clinical programs.

Before joining Ichnos Sciences, Cathy spent three years at Glenmark Pharmaceuticals as the Senior Director of Clinical Operations - Oncology Innovative Product Development. Prior to Novartis, Cathy worked at Pfizer, Inc. in roles such as Manager of Study Management and Operations Manager of Clinical Study & Data Management. Cathy also worked briefly as a Consultant Clinical Research Associate at Advanced Biologics, and as a Project Assistant/Data Coordinator at Quintiles.

Cathy R. has a diverse educational background. Cathy obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree with a focus on History and a pre-medical curriculum from Duke University. Later, in 2002, they pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Computer Information Technology from Regis University. Building on their technical skills, Cathy went on to complete a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Management of Technology from Regis University in 2008. In 2016 and 2017, they also pursued a Leadership Program Certificate from UCLA, adding to their knowledge and skills in that domain.
