Neil Haria

Neil Haria has worked as a Technical Lead at Elucidata since 2022. In this role, they lead the workspace engineering team and is responsible for enabling users to store, share, search, and access their files within Polly. Neil has also built a scalable and modular real-time notification service for managing system-wide notifications across Polly.

Prior to that, Neil worked at Think360.ai from 2018 to 2021. Neil started as an Associate and eventually became an Assistant Manager and then a Senior Associate. During their time at Think360.ai, Neil led a team of four engineers to build a SaaS platform for client onboarding, invoicing, alerts, and system usage metrics. Neil also designed and built a highly available and fault-tolerant event-driven credit-engine system from scratch, capable of handling over 10,000 events per second. Additionally, Neil developed a pay later workflow in React Native with customized KYC options and loan sanctions up to 5 lakhs, which can be integrated as an SDK with other apps while maintaining the styles of the parent app.

Neil Haria completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Information Technology from KJ Somaiya College of Engineering, Vidyavihar, from 2014 to 2018. In addition to their formal education, Neil obtained various certifications, including Problem Solving (Advanced) and Problem Solving (Intermediate) from HackerRank in September 2020. Neil also obtained certifications in Python (Intermediate) from HackerRank in September 2020, Algorithmic Toolbox from Coursera Course Certificates in October 2016, Using Python to Access Web Data from Coursera Course Certificates in July 2017, and Java for Android from Coursera Course Certificates in November 2016.
