Rachel Dwiggins-Beeler

Rachel Dwiggins-Beeler is an accomplished marketing and communication professional with extensive experience in higher education and community training. Currently serving as the Director of Marketing and Communication at eLumen since 2020, Rachel oversees public communication and strategic initiatives to enhance client engagement in a curriculum management system. Prior to this role, Rachel was a Professor and Professional Expert at Contra Costa College for 14 years, specializing in communication and curriculum development, while also serving as a trainer for emergency preparedness programs within Contra Costa County. Rachel's academic achievements include a Master of Arts in Organizational Communication from San Diego State University and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance and Economics from St. Mary's College.
